When we recently traveled to Mexico to speak at the 1er Congreso Mexicano de Medicina Funcional y Hormonas Bioidenticas (First Annual Mexican Congress on Functional Medicine and Bioidentical Hormones), I had the chance to do some sightseeing with my husband.

One reason I am such a strong advocate for healthy aging and improving wellspan is that health facilitates the experiences that bring joy and meaning to our lives.

I have always loved travel and I strongly believe that my daily health practices have played a key role in my continued ability to explore the world.
