We are located in sunny Orange County, California, but we care for patients around the world!
Finding knowledgeable and compassionate medical care in any community can be challenging, particularly when complex medical conditions are involved. Finding a fellowship-trained integrative medical doctor may be impossible.
During a telemedicine appointment, you can expect to fully review your medical history and discuss all of your challenging health symptoms. I can prescribe laboratory tests and review the results. I can prescribe pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle medicine.
If you need a physical examination or medical procedure, I can collaborate with your local, in-person medical team to make sure you receive the best medical care possible. To prevent fragmented care, our team is always available to serve as your “health care coordinator,” ensuring that someone you trust is always in control.
Whether you are an in-person patient or a telemedicine patient, our goal is the same: to provide you with fantastic medical care that helps you attain optimal health.
Telemedicine for California Residents
Although we always encourage initial visits to be in person, in-state California residents have the option to schedule initial and follow-up visits via phone or Skype. Callers under 18 years old require parental consent.
Telemedicine for U.S. Residents Outside of California
In order to comply with all of the differing U.S. state laws regarding telemedicine, all out-of-state U.S. patients must attend their first appointment in-person at our Irvine, California, office. Follow-up appointments can be done by phone or Skype, but periodic in-person visits to our office are required. State laws are expected to change in the up-coming years and will become less restrictive in the future.
Telemedicine for International Residents
International patients are able to be treated entirely remotely. Callers under 18 years of age require parental consent.
If you would like to arrange a TeleMedicine Appointment, please call our office at 949-753-7475. If you will be traveling for your initial visit, let us know and we can help you with your travel arrangements.
Southern California is fun and gorgeous year-round. Many of our distance patients choose to plan an annual Southern California vacation to coincide with their annual well-visit.
As an “out of network” practice, we care for and treat you based on your needs, not on the needs of an insurance company. We offer comprehensive care which often consists of lifestyle, holistic, and complementary treatments combined with advanced laboratory tests, all of which are frequently deemed “experimental” and excluded from insurance companies’ covered benefits.
Because of our limited ability to work with most insurance carriers, our financial arrangement is with you. We ask for payment at the time of service, and if you’d like to forward our bills to your insurance company for “out of network” reimbursement, we can help advise you on how to do that.
