MENOPAUSE SOS: Your Mini Menopausal Survival Guide

In this 50+ page free ebook, Felice Gersh, M.D. explains why menopause is a whole-body health event for women, and she lays out the protocol that she uses with her patients, family, and herself.

Menopause is not just about the ending of monthly periods.

When a woman goes through menopause, her ovaries stop producing estrogen and she enters a state of permanent hormone deficiency.

After menopause, women’s risks of heart disease, cancer, autoimmune disease, and dementia skyrocket.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Learn Dr. Gersh’s natural, evidence-based protocol that treats classic menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, body aches, brain fog, mood disorders, and painful intercourse.

Also learn how you can lower your risk for long-term chronic diseases so that your menopause years, which may encompass a full half of your life, can be the happiest, healthiest, and most vibrant years of your life.

About Author

DR. FELICE GERSH
“A breakthrough program to heal
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome naturally”

After receiving my medical degree from the USC School of Medicine, I studied Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Kaiser Hospital in Los Angeles, where I was honored with the CREOG top resident award every year.

After graduating, I launched my private practice, founded on my passionate belief in holistic women’s healthcare. From the earliest years, way back before alternative medicine was popular, my practice included acupuncture, massage, and Chinese medicine.

About twelve years ago, I pursued my interest in holistic healing and graduated from the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona to become one of the first dual board-certified Integrative Gynecologists in the United States.

I am a globally-recognized expert on women’s hormones, gut microbiome, and circadian rhythm. I frequently collaborate with numerous research organizations and I lecture internationally on women’s health topics.

As Medical Director of the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine, I focus on understanding women’s innate physical and emotional make-up. Through my research and practical experience, I have come to understand that women have internal, natural rhythms that are absolutely essential to female health. These rhythms are controlled by hormones, particularly estrogen, and may be kept in balance through both conventional and holistic treatments.

I also start with the most natural treatments that produce the fewest undesirable side effects. In most situations, I use pharmaceuticals as a last resort because, although pharmaceuticals deal with symptoms, they can also disrupt the body’s natural ability to heal and affect women’s reproductive functions.

At the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine, we help our patients understand what drugs can and can’t do for the body to enable them to take control of their health.

My lifelong passion is, and always will be, helping patients on their journeys to optimal health.

When I’m not at the office, you can find me teaching, writing, and lecturing.

I taught obstetrics and gynecology at Keck USC School of Medicine for 12 years as an Assistant Clinical Professor. I now serve as an Affiliate Faculty Member at the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine, through the University of Arizona School of Medicine, where I lecture and regularly grade the case presentations written by the Fellowship students for their final exams.

I travel around the world, speaking at conferences. I host webinars and appear on numerous podcasts. I’ve been featured in several medical documentaries, including Fasting and the Real Skinny on Fat with Montel Williams and Naomi Whittel.

I’m a prolific writer on numerous topics relevant to women’s health. I am the author of the bestselling PCOS SOS and I will soon release my second book, the PCOS SOS Fertility Fast Track. I regularly advise on medical news articles from a wide range of mainstream media outlets. And when I have time, I contribute to my own blog.

Additionally, I am a sought-after medical forensic expert who has worked on numerous high profile legal cases.

Felice Gersh, M.D.I’m very proud to have been recognised for my work. I have been awarded the Orange County Medical Association’s ‘Physician of the Year’ Award for the last 16 years consecutively and Southern California’s ‘SuperDoctor’ Award for the last several years. In my role as a physician teacher, I served as Assistant Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at Keck USC School of Medicine for 12 years, for which I was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award. I also serve my medical community, and have been active in organized medicine. I have served on the Legislative Committee at the Orange County Medical Association and as a delegate to the California Medical Association numerous times.
