Dr. Gersh received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, and earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, where she was awarded entry into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. In 2010, she completed a two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship program at the University of Arizona School of Medicine under the directorship of Dr. Andrew Weil.
Dr. Gersh is board-certified in both OB/GYN and Integrative Medicine. She is the founder and Medical Director of the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine.
Always passionate about learning and education, she taught obstetrics and gynecology at Keck USC School of Medicine for 12 years as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Gersh now serves as an Affiliate Faculty Member at the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine, through the University of Arizona School of Medicine, where she lectures and regularly grades the case presentations written by the Fellowship students for their final exams.
Dr. Gersh is globally recognized expert on a wide range of female and integrative health topics. She regularly travels around the world, speaking at conferences. On a personal note, Dr. Gersh loves children and has four highly accomplished offspring of her own, plus five fabulous grandchildren. Her husband, Bob, is her lifelong companion and is also the fitness specialist at the practice. Dr. Gersh loves adventure travel, reading, writing and dining with friends.
