Well-Woman exams begin with a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of health and well-being. An examination is performed that includes a thorough pelvic and breast exam, as well as a check of the heart, lungs, and thyroid gland. When non-GYN medical problems exist, they are addressed. Laboratory and imaging testing are ordered, and we schedule follow-up visits and desired complementary and holistic services.
