Cherie specializes in relieving the pain caused by migraine headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, pre- and post-surgical procedures, and automobile and sports injuries. She is highly adept at releasing impinged nerves and bound-up muscle fibers and at relieving the various types of pain that result from repetitive motions and poor postural habits.
Her personal treatment approach includes educating and helping her clients learn methods that can prevent their pain from returning. This is a process that gradually endows patients with a greater understanding of their bodies and also produces much longer-lasting relief.

Cherie has completed over 1,100 hours of training in several Eastern, Western, and energetic modalities of massage therapy through the highly-regarded Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, which specializes in providing students with a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to holistic healing.
Over the past 15 years, Cherie has accumulated more than 12,000 hours of clinical experience working with the patients of medical doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists.
Cherie believes that a good therapist alleviates her patient’s pain and educates the patient on how to prevent the pain from recurring.
She develops a personalized treatment plan for every patient that combines appropriate massage therapies with education about kinesthetics and pain. Her ultimate goal is long-term pain relief. This approach is both life-changing and empowering for patients.
Cherie is available to see patients on most days of the week, and appointments can usually be arranged within one to two days.
