I'm so grateful for having Alison Gracom to work with. When I ran into a couple of problems on the diet, she gave me the medical advice I needed. When other people see me and ask how I lost so much weight so quickly, I tell them what diet it is, but I stress the importance of working closely with a doctor.

While on the HCG hormone, I noticed I spent a lot less money on food from eating less and mostly from the produce department. I also saved a lot of money by not eating out in restaurants. So the cost of the HCG drug was more than offset by the savings in food costs. Talk about a win-win situation!

Now that I'm off the low calories portion of the diet and do not take the HCG drug anymore. I eat more vegetables and fruits along with plenty of protein. I follow more of the Paleolic Diet that you, Dr. Gersh, recommended in a lecture. It works! I feel great!
