Fitness and Personal Training
All comprehensive health care regimens should include a physical fitness component. No single activity
is more important in the quest for optimal well-being than is exercise. Designing an exercise regimen to
achieve maximum fitness always requires involvement of a fitness expert.
Later this summer we will have a certified personal trainer/fitness expert on our staff. He will perform
fitness evaluations and create exercise prescriptions. Additionally, we will have a variety of fitness
activities available for our patients, including yoga and gym options.
