Alison Gracom, P.A.
Physician Assistant
Alison Gracom received a bachelor of arts degree from Moorpark College, California. She continued her education, earning a degree as a Physician Assistant in 2005 from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating with honors and as the president of her class. Since earning her PA degree in 2005, she has maintained her national certification with the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. While training, she developed a passion for endocrinology and her fascination with this medical field grew during the years she spent working with many top doctors in New York. She spent much of her time working side by side with physicians at hospitals affiliated with Weil Cornell and the Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Following graduation, she went on to work in several Long Island, New York communities, including West Hampton Beach and Stony Brook. Recognized as a stellar practitioner, she was selected to work as a clinical research coordinator and investigator for the development of new diabetes medications.
Among her many strengths is her ability to listen to each patient’s story, acknowledging the special concerns of each. She is passionate about enabling people to reach their health and wellness potential, expertly treating their medical conditions. Alison treats the full spectrum of metabolic and hormonal imbalances (diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal abnormalities, and others). She is expert in weight loss issues and runs our HCG Diet Program.
